Bach Flower Remedies

Moonlight Luminaria is one of the few Bach Foundation Registered Practitioners (BFRP) in Hong Kong and has been providing clients with Bach Flower remedy consultations since 2015.

Bach Remedies are gifts from nature and wonderfully reliable companions for our lives. 

 There are 38 remedies that can treat  different mental & emotional states to help us restore our emotional equilibrium. Just as we take some supplements or medicines to help our body to work better, the remedies can help us to release stagnant psychological energies and feel comfortable with ourselves. The remedies are all made from plants (except 'rock water'), are totally free from any side effects and perfectly safe for everyone, including babies and animals.

Bach Flower remedies were discovered in the 1920s and ‘30s by Dr Edward Bach, a well-known bacteriologist, physician and pathologist in the U.K.  The remedies have been used worldwide ever since.  
Through the Bach Flower Remedy consultation, you'll be assisted to identity the remedies that can treat your particular mental state or emotions. You'll be given your tailor made mix of remedies to take back home at the end of the session. By taking the remedies on a daily basis, you'll notice a shift in your mood, feelings and quality of your thoughts. Normally within 2 weeks the effect of the remedies should be established.

Every emotion is natural and perfectly OK, despite our preference to avoid any negative feelings. Since we were children, most of us have learned to resist, deny, reject, suppress and manipulate our emotions, fearing that they would harm us, instead of learning to release them safely. These defence mechanisms are useful up to a certain point in our lives but become counter-constructive when our psychological

development reaches a certain maturity. During the process of personal growth, we start noticing that whatever emotions we resisted or put aside were simply repressed in our unconscious. They appear whenever opportunities arise and get projected onto others, ourselves or situations. How many times have you experienced the same emotions or thought patterns through different stories or events in your life?  They are telling us something we should become aware of.

The Bach remedy treatment can be offered for anyone who wishes to release their emotions safely & enjoy their lives. The sessions can also be offered as an augmentative support for those who are attending Nondual Coaching & Nondual Therapy. These therapies can help us to release those emotions unconditionally, however, this process can

The remedies are selected through consultation with the client. This process can also help clients to cultivate their ability to identify their emotions without judgement, which is essential to our healing process.
